'Fake too, right?' MAGA called out after Clinton-Epstein letter surfaces

Reaction was swift Thursday evening, with progressives calling out right-wing accounts on social media after a new Wall Street Journal report revealed former President Bill Clinton was among dozens of powerful names who sent letters to the deceased sex trafficker and financier Jeffrey Epstein.

Ghislaine Maxwell organized a leather-bound birthday album for Epstein’s 50th birthday in 2003, years before he was convicted of sex crimes, the Journal reported. The album included letters from prominent figures, who were labeled in the book’s table of contents as “friends.” In addition to Clinton, other notable names included Donald Trump, then a private citizen and businessman, and Wall Street billionaire Leon Black. Fashion designer Vera Wang and media owner Mort Zuckerman were also included in the book.
